Impressive in lots of ways – great engineering design, precision fitting parts, clear assembly directions, very sturdy then built, low to the ground for stability, looks cool, safe, (slowly) climbs a pretty steep hill behind my house with a 40 pound kid in it, makes me have to hussle to keep up with it on the sidewalk – but I can use the exercise. Power Wheels Dune Racer is everything you are hoping for when you hit the buy button.

The charger that comes with the vehicle is OK but just a wall plug with no status LEDs and I think it charges considerably slower than the premium charger – 14-18 hrs for an hour of play. Battery holds enough charge for a pretty good workout, idiot-proof plug-in connector, easy swap out. It’s worth getting a spare battery as well as the premium charger sold seperately which has a red/blinking green/solid green charge status indicator.

The kids absolutely love it.

I am about 48yr old female and I ordered it for my two grandchildren 2 and 5 and I was able to put it together by myself. Took me awhile(1 1/2hrs)but felt really good about myself when I was done We have had it a month.
